Mizuki began her journey in artistic gymnastics at the tender age of four, dedicating seven years to the sport. During this period, she represented her school and various clubs, clinching numerous medals at prestigious events like the national championships. However, her athletic path took a turn in primary five when a knee injury sidelined her. This pause led Mizuki to explore dance, a field that had always intrigued her, especially since dance elements are integral to gymnastic floor routines.

Embracing this new passion, she transitioned from gymnastics to dance, where her background gave her a significant advantage. Mizuki quickly made her mark in styles such as hip hop, acro, and contemporary dance, sweeping four categories in her debut dance competition. Alongside her prowess in dance and sports, Mizuki is equally committed to her academics, maintaining discipline in her studies and upholding her responsibilities as a school prefect.
